We want you to be confident before you buy. The terms below are placeholders to be finalised before launch.

Requesting a refund

Contact support with your username and purchase details within the refund window set at launch. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Effect on access

When a refund is issued, or a payment is disputed, access to the purchased content ends for that purchase. This applies to full and partial refunds.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
